Your life stays yours. Effective 4 July 2026.
Your roles, routines, people, reflections, journal entries and progress are stored locally on your phone. We cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes them.
If you link your phone calendar, OLife reads event titles and times so it can plan your day around real commitments. This access is read-only and the data stays on your device unless you turn on "Share my day" (below).
To connect with one person you can create an account with an email address and password. Accounts and shared-space data are stored with Google Firebase on servers in the European Union. A shared space contains only: your first name, which Oli you chose, shared adventures and memories, and — only if you switch it on — the titles and times of today's calendar events ("Share my day").
"Link by touch" uses your phone's local network radios (Apple Multipeer / Wi-Fi Direct) purely to let two phones in the same room find each other. Nothing from this is stored or sent to any server.
In the app: Together → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and your data from any shared space. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.
OLife is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
