I have more than one child. Add them in Account. Each child keeps their own lessons, streaks, routines and history, and you switch between them at the top of Today.
How do I move to a new phone? Account → Export copy on the old phone, then Account → Restore on the new one.
How do I delete everything? Account → Delete family data, or delete the app.
Where does the advice come from? It is written against named sources, including NHS and NICE guidance, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Lullaby Trust, the NSPCC and ERIC. It is general guidance and not a substitute for your GP, health visitor or a professional who knows your child.
