Serving it to your baby
From 10 months, cut into strips or quarters. Blitzing some of the corn helps hold the fritters together and makes them softer. For babies under 10 months, blitz all the corn.
For the rest of the family
Serve adults' with avocado, a poached egg, chilli sauce and seasoning.
Storing and reheating
Fridge for up to 2 days, freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat until hot through, then cool.

Questions parents ask
Are sweetcorn kernels a choking risk?
Whole kernels can be tricky for younger babies, so blitz some or all of the corn for under 10s.
Can I make these vegan?
Use a flax egg and a fortified oat drink, and skip the cheese or use a vegan alternative.
