Questions parents ask
Can I use plain flour?
Yes, but add 1/2 tsp baking powder per 100g. Self raising flour already contains raising agents.
Are these muffins sweet enough without sugar?
The apple and carrot add natural sweetness. Babies have no expectation of sugary taste, so they usually love them.
