Serving it to your baby
At 9 months, flake the fish (checking for bones) and give soft beans as finger food. Mash for younger babies.
For the rest of the family
Add fish sauce and red chilli to the adult portion.
Storing and reheating
Best eaten fresh. Cool quickly and keep in the fridge for up to 1 day; reheat until steaming hot, then cool. The rice should not be stored for more than a day.

Questions parents ask
Can babies eat lemongrass?
Use it whole to flavour the sauce, then remove it. The stalk is too fibrous for babies to eat.
Is pollock good for babies?
Yes. Pollock is a mild white fish that flakes easily and is low in mercury.
