Questions parents ask
Is cottage cheese suitable for babies?
Yes. Full fat pasteurised cottage cheese is a good source of protein and calcium. It has some salt, so offer it as part of a varied diet.
Can I use tinned peaches?
Choose peaches tinned in juice, not syrup, and drain them well.
