How to bring a CSV into OBubba
Keep the original export until you have checked the imported record. Export availability and labels belong to the source app and may change.
Step 1
Get the source CSV
Use the current export or data-access route provided by the app you are leaving. Choose CSV rather than a PDF when both are offered.
Step 2
Open OBubba Import Data
Existing users go to Account, then Import Data. New users can choose Import your data from the Welcome screen.
Step 3
Choose the file and add date of birth
Select the CSV from Files, iCloud or Downloads, or paste the CSV text. Add the baby name and date of birth so age-based context is not guessed.
Step 4
Read the preview before importing
Check the detected format, entries ready and rows skipped. Import only if that preview matches what you expected, then compare recent days with the original export.
A calmer boundary
Keep the switch reversible until you have checked it
- Keep the original CSV and the old app record until you have compared recent feeds, sleep, nappies and any other details that matter to you.
- A supported app name does not mean every field or every future export version is guaranteed to map. Rows OBubba cannot recognise are shown as skipped in the preview.
- Very large histories may retain the most recent days and omit older days that exceed the sync-size safety limit; OBubba reports partial success when that happens.
- A baby-tracker export can contain sensitive family information. Import it inside OBubba; do not upload or email the CSV to this website.
- Imported history is a family record and memory aid, not a clinical record. Keep any records a health professional tells you to retain separately.

Why does OBubba ask for date of birth during import?
Tracker CSV files often do not contain it. OBubba requires the date so age-based sleep, milestone and weaning context is not based on a guessed age.
